About the Role:
- Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the onboarding journey.
- Manage multiple concurrent onboarding projects.
- Guide clients through the setup and adoption of digital marketing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with WordPress; experience with Elementor is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
