Mid-Level Automation QA, Brazil

We are looking for people located in Brazil to work as an Automation QA and work on a project in the financial sector. Responsibilities: Build quality assurance practices in product development, such as defining the testing strategy, using a testing pyramid, solution for regression and acceptance tests, and implementing and pollinating these practices throughout the development team; Develop automated tests; Perform manual tests when necessary; Create and manage test masses; Accompany the PO in the homologation, collaborate with the team to understand the business and deployments; Participate and collaborate with the refinement of user stories; Quality Management: define and monitor quality indicators and metrics to ensure the effectiveness of tests and continuous improvement of processes; Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in product quality; Bug Tracking: monitor and record bugs found, perform root cause analysis in collaboration with the development team and create action plans to prevent recurrences.
