Job Description
Vitable Health is looking for a passionate and skilled Per Diem Mental Health Coach to provide flexible, one-on-one coaching and support to our members via our digital platform. This is a non-clinical role focused on skill-building and goal-setting with an expected commitment of 7-10 hours per week. The role includes conducting virtual coaching sessions, identifying personal goals related to mental wellness, and teaching evidence-based skills for managing mental health challenges. You'll collaborate with providers and support staff to ensure coordinated care and accurately document sessions in electronic health records.
