As a Creative Operations Manager, you will build and scale the systems that power our in-house creative and marketing teams. This role will establish the infrastructure that enables speed, clarity, and quality. You’ll be the operational backbone of our creative function, owning everything from workflow design to capacity planning. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to translate ambiguity into structure.
You will maintain systems, tools, and workflows that streamline collaboration between creative and marketing teams. You will also implement and manage project tracking, asset management, and content rights systems to ensure visibility, organization, and compliance. The design and optimization of review, approval, and intake processes will enable speed without sacrificing quality.
You will support resource allocation, capacity planning, and project scoping across a multi-disciplinary team and will identify and drive operational efficiencies through automation, documentation, and continuous process improvement.
