Manager, Corporate Development

The Corporate Development function at Wealthsimple is a small but high-impact team responsible for accelerating the company’s growth through mergers & acquisitions, strategic investments, and strategic partnerships. We’re looking for someone who can seamlessly swing between corporate strategy projects to identify avenues for scalable growth and tactical deal execution to catalyze our highest priorities. You will work with product, engineering, and business leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute on inorganic growth opportunities that give our company access to best-in-class product, technology, and talent. You will own the development of rigorous analyses to evaluate build / buy / partner scenarios with the goal of providing strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
