Village Manager

As the Village Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a remote village, including: Leading and supporting teams across catering, housekeeping, accommodation, and facilities. You will also manage rosters, budgets, and service delivery standards; ensure compliance with HSE and company policies; build strong relationships with clients and staff and drive performance, safety, and team culture on site.
