Job Description
Lead the implementation, configuration, and lifecycle management of Workspace ONE UEM for CrowdStrike’s mobile device fleet, including policy enforcement, profile management, and compliance monitoring. Design and maintain policies for device encryption, passcode enforcement, remote wipe, app whitelisting/blacklisting, and conditional access – across iOS, Android, and other supported devices. Package, deploy, and manage internal and 3rd-party mobile applications using Workspace ONE’s MAM capabilities. Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for mobile device and application issues. Monitor device compliance, generate dashboards/reports, and work with InfoSec and Audit to demonstrate alignment with organizational policy. Evaluate emerging MDM technologies, stay current on mobile OS updates. Create and maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and policies and automate repetitive MDM tasks.
