We are hiring a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing cabinet design business led by Bob Harper. This dynamic role blends sales administration, kitchen design, and project coordination responsibilities. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow with a hands-on business owner.
Key Responsibilities include Sales Admin duties such as creating estimates, budgets, and client proposals, sending bid requests to subcontractors and vendors and keeping JobTread up to date with project information and documents.
This role also requires Kitchen Design skills to produce kitchen layouts and high-quality renderings (2D + 3D), and ensuring functional and beautiful design tailored to the homeownerβs needs.
In Project Management Support, you will build project schedules and keep them current, as well as answer subcontractor questions about designs and plans.
