Team Lead Accounting

This is a hands-on role where you’ll help scale accounting processes and systems to support our next phase of growth. You will own and drive all accounting operations across our international entities, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of our financial reporting. You’ll manage a small but high-performing team and work closely with the VP of Finance, Legal, and external partners. Key responsibilities include leading and managing day-to-day accounting operations across entities in Switzerland and Serbia, preparing financial statements for the Smallpdf Group in accordance with Swiss GAAP, owning and coordinating the financial audit process, and driving continuous improvement in financial controls and accounting processes. Additionally, you’ll support the finance leadership team in strategic projects.
