Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end patient cases for TIL therapy from referral through post-infusion.
- Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for patients and providers.
- Provide expertise on TIL therapy workflows including tumor procurement and manufacturing coordination.
Collaboration & Support:
- Partner with treatment centers and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Work with internal teams to ensure alignment across time-sensitive milestones.
- Identify and resolve barriers to therapy access, track critical milestones, and support site onboarding.
Qualifications & Expectations:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6+ years healthcare or biopharma experience.
- Direct experience with TIL therapy (e.g., Amtagvi) and 2+ years oncology case management.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work across matrixed teams.
