Oversees full congress lifecycle, operations, and cross-functional execution plans.
Builds structured insight-generation frameworks and translates intelligence into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

Experience supporting major medical congresses.
Strong scientific communications and project leadership in cross-functional environments.
7+ years of pharma/biotech Medical Affairs experience preferred.
