Principal Security Analyst, SOC Canada Managed Services

The Managed Services PrincipalSecurity Analyst is responsible for security solutions for clients, taking ownership of positive security outcomes for a designated set of customers. The PrincipalSecurity Analyst will demonstrate the capacity to consistently meet and exceed client expectations, representing and reinforcing the Cyderes brand through positive interaction with other teams within the company. This is a customer-facing role responsible for strategic advisory, deep-dive analysis, and custom security content for Cyderes’ managed service customers. Responsibilities include providing guidance and mentorship to other Security Analysts, driving customer cadence calls, developing custom dashboards and reports, ensuring quality of SOC deliverables, performing threat hunting, and providing proactive security investigations. The role also involves expert-level strategic analysis of customer security posture and communicating recommendations and guidelines. Maintaining current knowledge of the threat landscape and possessing strong communication skills are essential.
