Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of M&A, greenfield / brownfield development and joint ventures.
  • Lead KPI identification, tracking, and benchmarking for MARA and its peers.
  • Prepare project proposals, presentations, and investment memos for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in energy investment banking or related financial roles preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate projects for financial feasibility.
  • Strong communication skills; verbal, written, and presentational with high attention to detail.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution required, MBA preferred but not required.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity experience.
