Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of M&A, greenfield / brownfield development and joint ventures.
- Lead KPI identification, tracking, and benchmarking for MARA and its peers.
- Prepare project proposals, presentations, and investment memos for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in energy investment banking or related financial roles preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate projects for financial feasibility.
- Strong communication skills; verbal, written, and presentational with high attention to detail.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution required, MBA preferred but not required.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity experience.
