We're seeking a Senior or Staff Product Designer to help shape the future of mental health technology. This role offers significant ownership and influence, working on 0-to-1 products impacting millions seeking mental health support.
You'll drive strategic product initiatives from concept to launch, using design thinking to influence product strategy. Design end-to-end user experiences with pixel-perfect execution, champion design excellence, and lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Product Management.
The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, exceptional craft, prototyping expertise, motion design sensibility, and brand-conscious approach. Process leadership and mentorship capabilities are also valued.
