Job Description
Looking for a Virtual Assistant to support Operations and Marketing teams by streamlining admin-heavy workflows and ensuring back-end processes are efficient and effective. Key responsibilities include assisting with data entry, system updates, and administrative tasks across various tools, primarily Zoho CRM. The Virtual Assistant will conduct system checks, cross-reference data, and minimize manual processing errors. This role supports the operations team with admin tasks to allow them to focus more on client interaction and member-facing work. The Virtual Assistant will also monitor content postings and assist with replying to inquiries or comments. Moreover, this person will support light campaign coordination or marketing operations and assist in keeping systems and documentation organized across campaigns and platforms.
