Job Description
Shape the product strategy and user experience of Rillet. Work closely with the CTO, product and engineering to build an accounting & finance software that will be industry defining. Drive the full design process from user research, product flows, and wire-framing to UI design. Work closely with product and engineering to define both the short-term tactical goals and long-term vision. Enhance the design system for Rillet. Understand the array of user goals, business requirements and technical constraints that shape our product. Pull inspiration from various sources to invent new interaction paradigms in finance & accounting.
