Clinical Territory Associate

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role focused on gaining expertise in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the Intuitive business. This role involves partnering with the Morgantown team, assisting sales representatives with surgeon trainings and hospital robotic development. Responsibilities include guiding technical in-services for customers, such as OR staff and surgeons, and promoting the benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to team quotas. The CTA will also gain experience in goal setting, mapping, and attaining goals in preparation for a quota bearing role. This position requires managing administrative tasks, including reporting sales and procedures, sales activities outcomes, and expense report submissions.
