Screen lists of recommended reviewers in the Academia.edu database and look for suitable candidates outside the platform to ensure qualified reviewers are invited. Check the collected peer review reports and lead manuscripts through subsequent editorial decisions and author revisions. Collaborate closely with authors to ensure all relevant information is collected and manuscripts are revised to satisfaction. Collaborate closely with the Publishing Managers of the assigned journals to prevent delays and issues. Collaborate with the production service provider to ensure manuscripts are prepared according to internal guidelines and industry standards, and published without delays following the final acceptance. Work independently and against short deadlines so the published papers meet the high standards.
