Lead performance creative initiatives, elevating creative testing output and methodology for performance marketing. This role is for someone whoβs fluent in performance content for paid social channels, driven by curiosity, and grounded in analytics and performance learnings. You know how to spot content trends and turn them into high performing creative for our brand. The person in this role will lead a small team of designers, UGC content managers, and editors thatβs high output and high performing, creating content that converts.
This person will need to build, manage, and execute a nuanced, test-result informed performance creative playbook by channel, develop and produce compelling creative concepts driven by performance metrics, and lead the creative development, strategy, and production for content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
