Staff Product Designer

We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to drive design strategy and detailed design execution across internal products that enable our physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and patient advocates to provide safe, high quality care to patients. You’ll work side-by-side with other designers as well as product management, engineering, and clinical teams to design experiences of significant scope, complexity, and creative vision. As we head into the end of the year, we’re focused on designing for scale—elevating both our systems and experiences. You will own and evolve the Ro Design System, ensuring it reflects human-centered principles, scales across products, and is trusted by designers and engineers. You will also lead end-to-end design on complex initiatives, develop a deep understanding of patients and healthcare professionals, make smart tradeoffs, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Clinical to shape strategy.
