Remote Diagnostic Technician

As an integral member of the remote diagnostic team, the Remote Diagnostic Technician will execute diagnosis, programming, calibrations, and repair recommendations for vehicles located in various repair facilities. Your ability to effectively manage time and organize resources while also professionally interacting with Elite Electronics partners is essential.

Serve as a primary partner contact as needed within the service process. Primary duties are completed in a call center environment. Provide diagnostic and technical subject matter expertise in a customer service-centric manner to each partner/customer. Provide first call final resolution to as many vehicle scans as possible, escalating when needed, but helping the customer complete the process and move the vehicle through their repair sequence. Educate our partners/customers on the importance of diagnostic scans.
