About the Role:
- Serve as the elite escalation point between Global Operations Center and Core Engineering teams.
- Act as the technical backstop for customers training large models who cannot afford downtime.
- Own the hardest technical blockers and translate findings into a more resilient product.
What You’ll Do:
- Resolve complex escalations using code-level debugging and architectural investigation.
- Partner with customer technical leads to diagnose production issues.
- Own end-to-end P1 resolution and deliver post-incident analysis.
