Data Product Manager

Drive key strategic initiatives within Kin's Data Product portfolio. In this role, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, finance, insurance, design, and customer research. Partner with stakeholder and technology colleagues to research, validate, and present proposals, then execute on approved and prioritized tasks. The role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, technology, and strong product management skills. Lead entire projects or parts of larger projects at Kin, developing a solid understanding of Kin’s business, data, customers, and operations. Hone product management skills by working across the platform and leading the development team, including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts. Build effective working relationships with Kin colleagues and internal stakeholders to identify areas to improve the business, products, and processes. Take the initiative to build a case and start a project.
