Marketing Compliance Specialist

Experian Consumer Services is seeking a Marketing Compliance Specialist for their Marketplace team. The Marketing Compliance Specialist will collaborate with product marketing and the compliance division to enable growth through compliant marketing practices. Responsibilities include developing guidelines for the lead generation business, maintaining compliance scorecards, managing affiliate marketing network vendors, and providing compliance support for new offers. They will ensure compliance across company websites, operational practices, promotions, and partner websites. The role also involves addressing practices that pose risks and maintaining systems to track compliance changes. Collaboration with product marketing, business leaders, and legal advisors is essential, along with researching brands procedures and recommending compliance changes.
