Sustainability and External Reporting Manager

Sustainability Controllership & Reporting:

• Manage the end-to-end sustainability reporting process, including data collection, validation, and compliance with regulations like California SB 253.
• Lead internal control design and testing for environmental, social, and governance metrics, serving as the primary contact for external assurance providers.

Controls & Compliance:

• Design and implement internal controls over sustainability reporting, documenting procedures and evidence standards to support assurance readiness.
• Identify control gaps and drive remediation efforts in partnership with internal stakeholders, applying principles from standards like ISSA 5000.

Cross-Functional Partnership:

• Partner with sustainability strategy teams to align operational initiatives with disclosed metrics and collaborate on complex technical matters.
• Flex to support financial reporting and technical accounting activities, including SEC reporting preparation, and provide product feedback on sustainability features.
