As a Senior Member Marketing Manager, you’ll help people take confident, life-changing steps toward financial freedom. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll lead strategies that connect people to the tools and programs that can change their futures — from parents planning for college and adult learners retraining for new careers, to borrowers navigating forgiveness programs and employees using new education benefits. This role blends lifecycle and product marketing, combining data, storytelling, and empathy to drive adoption, engagement, and real financial outcomes.
You’ll design and run campaigns that inspire action, partner with clients to reach their people, and collaborate across teams to ensure that once organizations choose Summer, their people fully experience the value of our solution. You will own the strategy and execution of member lifecycle marketing, from awareness to engagement and retention, while developing campaigns that drive meaningful borrower participation.
