Role Overview:
- Define and build AI-enabled automation across the software development lifecycle.
- Codebase spans kernel compiler, firmware, device drivers, and inference serving stack.
What You Will Do:
- Set technical direction for AI-enabled workflow automation.
- Build shared foundation with agent harness and tool integrations.
- Deliver first Quality Engineering automations including failure attribution and coverage analysis.
What You Will Bring:
- Extensive production software engineering experience with strong Python skills.
- Deep hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agent harnesses, and context engineering.
- Sound judgment about when AI is the right tool and a track record of setting technical direction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to compilers, firmware, or hardware-in-the-loop test environments.
- Experience with GitLab, Jira, or Prometheus APIs.
- Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
