Code Metal is hiring its first dedicated SDET to build quality engineering for code transformation and AI-assisted workflows.
You will report to the Director of Quality Engineering and collaborate with Engineering, Research, and Solutions.

What You'll Do:

Establish scalable quality strategies, automated regression infrastructure, and clear release evidence.
Diagnose complex failures across C/C++, Rust, Python, build systems, and diverse target environments.
Lead quality practice, set technical standards, and mentor engineers.

What We're Looking For:

Deep systems software experience and production-grade Python and C++ skills.
Strong understanding of memory models, concurrency, and architecture-dependent behavior.
Experience building scalable test frameworks and validating AI-assisted or nondeterministic systems.
