Role Overview:
- Join the AI-focused engineering team to ensure quality of AI features like the AI Assistant and agent orchestration platform.
- Contribute to QA strategy, processes, and best practices across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in the AlertMedia platform, products, and customer use cases.
- Test guardrails and human approval gates, ensuring AI features fail safely.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution.
- Execute API, integration, and performance testing to ensure reliability and scalability.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in QA, SDET, or software testing roles.
- Experience with LLM evaluation techniques and testing agentic systems.
- Strong understanding of API, integration, and distributed systems testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and SQL/NoSQL databases.
