This role is responsible for operational oversight, regulatory compliance, team development, training, and strategic alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring the Care Guide Team, creating a high-performance team culture, managing schedules and performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring care coordination workflows, and conducting audits for adherence to policies.
