Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure relational database solutions.
- Develop and maintain SQL, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
- Tune database performance and collaborate with software engineers on query efficiency.
Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in database engineering or administration.
- Deep expertise in Amazon RDS and Aurora PostgreSQL.
Skills:
- Advanced SQL and relational database design skills.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and one additional enterprise database.
- Experience with AWS managed relational services and automation tools.
