Database Migration Engineer

What you'll do:

• Convert SQL, stored procedures, and database objects to PostgreSQL-compatible SQL/PLpgSQL, escalating complex cases to senior engineers.
• Work through AWS SCT findings, maintain the Flyway migration codebase, and support query optimization for PostgreSQL.
• Validate and reconcile data between source and target databases, and assist in diagnosing DMS data and performance issues.

What you'll bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 3–5 years of database developer/engineer experience with migration exposure.
• Working experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL, and familiarity with AWS SCT and DMS.
• Solid SQL skills and understanding of query performance tuning, plus knowledge of schema migration tools like Flyway.
