Role Overview:
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients, leading engagements in database modernization and migration.
- Perform hands-on implementation across PostgreSQL and cloud data ecosystems.
- Support pre-sales activities by shaping professional services proposals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assess legacy database environments and produce structured recommendations and migration strategies.
- Design high-availability architectures using Patroni, EFM, and PGD, and implement backup/recovery strategies.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities like LLM-based workflows and RAG pipelines into client ecosystems.
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of experience in database engineering or data engineering consulting.
- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL administration, performance tuning, and replication.
- Experience with Oracle or SQL Server migrations, Linux, scripting, and major cloud platforms.
