Investigate and resolve advanced technical issues related to databases, authentication systems, storage, real-time services, edge functions, and client libraries.
Provide consultative guidance to users by recommending best practices, optimizing workloads, and helping prevent recurring issues.
Reproduce software issues, identify root causes, define workarounds, and provide detailed escalation information to engineering teams.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in technical support, database engineering, backend development, SRE, or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including database internals such as autovacuum behavior, WAL growth, long-running transactions, and table bloat.
Advanced SQL skills with experience in query optimization and performance tuning.
