What You’ll Do:

  • Provide technical support across the full stack, from PostgreSQL to cloud infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize database performance and implement TimescaleDB features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve platform reliability.

  • Strong PostgreSQL knowledge with query optimization and performance analysis.
  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles and ability to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in CLI, SQL, and cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.
