Engagement Manager

Engagement Managers are Project Managers on our Implementation Team with a bias towards customer engagement and success. They will handle about 8 customers at a time and lead their Implementation Projects through to success while holding others on the Project Team accountable. Our Implementation Team helps to get new Customers (Credit Unions) successfully onboarded to the Clutch Platform. Project teams consist of an Implementation Engineer and an Engagement Manager who work together to ensure the onboarding is successful. You will drive Onboarding efforts, develop project plans, and create status reports. Identify implementation risks, establish relationships, and execute projects with executive sponsors. Track scope, understand Credit Unions, and coach team members. Participate in establishing practices and help design methodologies. Please note that this role may evolve as our business needs change.
