Operations Specialist

We are searching for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist (with fluent English skills) to join our Account Management team full-time. This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world. The Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our company's daily operations, primarily working alongside the Senior Account Director. This role emphasizes process automation, data analysis, and operational optimization. The Operations Specialist will streamline processes and provide actionable insights that drive team performance and client success. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining automated workflows using Zapier, gathering and analyzing key performance metrics, creating reports and dashboards, and supporting the Account Management team with data-driven recommendations.
