You will build core systems, advanced backend products, and engineering culture for Frontier's enterprise automation.
Own complex production systems and optimize internal operational tooling with multi-agent architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead AI-native engineering function with clear standards and fast shipping.
Improve core distributed systems, backend architectures, and data ingestion layers.
Design harnesses for agentic engineering including repo instructions, skills, MCP tools, and CI gates.

Qualifications:

Strong full-stack engineer with heavy backend bias and ownership of complex production systems.
Experience with early-stage high-growth tech environments and leadership capabilities.
Proficiency in Python, Django, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and AI tooling like Claude Code.
