Consultant, Agentic Factory

Hands-On Agentic Delivery:

• Contribute hands-on-keyboard to agent-first repositories — building, testing, and iterating on production AI agents alongside the Factory engineering team.
• Support MVP delivery for portfolio company engagements, targeting production deployment in under a quarter.
• Help instrument agents for monitoring, evaluation, and reliability in enterprise environments.

Cross-Engagement Program Management:

• Coordinate delivery across concurrent portfolio-company builds, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Own the operational mechanics of the Agentic Factory program — scheduling, status tracking, documentation, and engagement tooling.
• Serve as a connective point across engineering, portfolio company stakeholders, and Vista leadership.

Learning & Contribution:

• Develop deep, hands-on fluency in agentic architectures and the Agentic Factory methodology.
• Contribute to best practices, internal tooling, and process improvements across the team.
• Support due diligence by helping assess AI capabilities and readiness for agentic adoption.
