Role & responsibilities:
- Build agent harnesses in Python using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Package agents for the AgentCore Runtime with appropriate tools and subagents.
- Write tools including API integrations, SQL queries, and knowledge retrieval.
Evaluation and Reliability:
- Build evaluation harnesses with golden datasets and regression suites.
- Implement guardrails around tool execution and hallucination mitigation.
- Own the full cycle: prototype, deploy, monitor, and iterate.
Skill sets:
- 3+ years of professional Python with production service experience.
- 1+ years of hands-on LLM work in production.
- Working knowledge of LangChain/LangGraph or comparable frameworks.
