In this customer-facing role, you will lead technical discovery, shape solution scope, and present Kobie’s architecture in ways that resonate with both technical and business stakeholders. You’ll help qualify opportunities, anticipate risks, and use your expertise to address challenges and objections. Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving martech industry, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors.

Participate in all phases of Agile methodology. Gain knowledge and control of our loyalty platform integration points. Participate in design sessions; work with product owners and team members to solve acceptance criteria. Build and maintain all configuration and business logic rule documentation. Assist other team members through coaching and mentoring. Promote and demonstrate good coding practice and patterns for the team.

Lead the execution of our enterprise-wide data and AI governance strategy to help scale our data ecosystem while embedding a culture of data stewardship, transparency, and accountability across the company. You will define the frameworks, standards, tools, and practices that ensure data and models are trustworthy, discoverable, high-quality, and responsibly used while serving as the central point of coordination between Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, Product, and Business teams.
