Software Development Project Manager (Secret Cleared)

The Software Development Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and manage software development projects using Agile methodologies. They will collaborate with software developers, systems engineers, QA, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. This role also involves facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. They will translate business requirements into actionable development tasks and ensure alignment with technical objectives. This position also tracks project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. They will also manage stakeholder communications, project reporting, and documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
