- Process amendments through MasterTax and manage collection or refund of tax liabilities.
- Research agency requirements, file compliantly, and assist with customer tax notices.

- Strong payroll tax knowledge and understanding of filing requirements.
- Attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to prioritize duties.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex amendments.
