Your Responsibilities:
- Execute payroll tax tasks: process runs, review reports, and assist with filings and payments.
- Research and resolve tax notices, draft responses, and prepare amended returns.
- Support correction workflows, manage work queue, and identify process improvements.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, 6+ months customer service experience, and ability to type 25 wpm.
- Comfortable with Windows systems and desktop computers.
- Key competencies: process excellence, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
