Ensure alignment with Branch’s growth, profitability, and risk objectives.
Shape product requirements, influencing tool development, and ensuring Branch builds the capabilities needed to scale.
Leadership and Management:
Manage and develop a team of product managers and analysts.
Provide cross-functional leadership for key product initiatives.
Drive transformation and adapts structure to meet business needs.
Product Ownership:
Translate pricing, product, and underwriting strategy into regulatory-ready documentation.
Oversee the performance of assigned states, tracking growth and profitability.
Serve as a senior expert for assigned lines and markets, articulating trends, regulatory developments, competitive positioning, and performance insights.
