As our People Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our systems and processes running smoothly, compliantly, and with care. You’ll take ownership of our HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration, while also helping to shape and scale the structures that support a high-performing, people-first culture.
You’ll have the opportunity to design and implement team-wide processes that can grow with the company—and we’ll work together to make sure your own career path grows alongside them. You will be responsible for onboarding/offboarding, HR Operations & Compliance, Benefits & Payroll Support, People Program & Project Management, Reporting & Analytics, Culture & Engagement.
