Lead IT System Engineer, Endpoint Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead IT System Engineer specializing in Endpoint Solutions to lead our team in managing and securing over 8,000 endpoints across diverse network environments and with a heavy concentration of Google Workspace. This critical role requires deep expertise in antivirus monitoring and administration, RMM management, patch and vulnerability management, and CIS benchmarking. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of both strategic planning and tactical execution, ensuring the security, stability, scalability, and performance of our endpoint infrastructure. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of endpoint engineers, developing and implementing strategies for endpoint management, security, and compliance, and overseeing the administration and maintenance of enterprise-class endpoint management tools.
