Job Description

We’re looking for a curious and analytical Measurement Analyst to join our growing Measurements team at #paid. As our programs become more data-driven, we need a dedicated team member to help scale our measurement offerings, execute research studies, and deliver insights that prove the value of creator-led marketing. You’ll work closely with Strategy, Sales, and Client Success to design, execute, and interpret studies like Brand Lift and attribution modeling, helping our clients understand the real impact of their campaigns. You’ll also support the development of internal tools, processes, and dashboards that improve how we measure success across the board. Key Responsibilities: Support the setup and execution of Brand Lift and MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling)/MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution)studies for client campaigns Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights Build dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or Tableau Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, and Client Success to align measurement goals with campaign objectives Develop and maintain internal measurement toolkits and reporting templates Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in marketing measurement Translate technical data and statistical findings into stories that resonate with clients
