Job Description
Accelerate execution across projects, partner integrations, and cross-team initiatives. This role ensures technical projects are delivered on time, partner integrations run smoothly, and internal teams are fully aligned. Manage technical integrations with partners, customers, and ecosystem teams along with Partner Engineer and TPM. Be responsible for SLI/SLOs, incident communication and postmortems, drive alignment on risk tolerance across the company. Build and maintain delivery dashboards, timelines, and communication cadences for stakeholders. Ensure engineering, product, and external partners stay aligned through clear processes and structured follow-ups. Introduce lightweight delivery tools, reporting, and frameworks that help engineering scale efficiently.
