Security Operations Team Lead

This position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction while performing Security Operations related duties in a fast-paced environment consisting of Fortinet security devices. The Security Operations Team Lead will manage the current state of logging and monitoring capabilities, guide team growth through technical and professional development, and enhance the tools and procedures used within the team. This role involves assessing and implementing tools to improve efficiency, delegating work to junior team members, and providing coaching to maintain high performance standards. The team lead will also detect and identify security events, utilize multiple platforms to understand threat landscapes, handle the full ticket lifecycle, and assist in developing SOC policies. Provide internal and external customer service to the Company values. Other duties as assigned.
